Welcome to my new website, Life Coaching By Anna. I’m delighted you’ve found me and my new professional outlet to chat all things mental health, counseling, anxiety, depression, low mood, stress, lack of confidence….you name it, I’m here to help.

As many of you know, I have my own back story suffering with GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) and Panic Disorder – which in a nutshell means I suffered panic attacks to the point I feared the next one happening, so I stopped doing the normal things in my life in case it would happen again, and got more and more scared that one would be triggered that I pretty much wouldn’t go out or want to work. Hey, and guess what happened, the more I feared it, the more the panic attacks come on. Pretty horrible huh and a rather rubbish year or so of my life I’d love to forget.

However, it turns out that that rubbish year was also a blessing in disguise because I ended up getting counseling, CBT and life coaching with NLP, to help me understand what was happening to me, and essentially work out a way to get rid of the anxious feelings. It worked.

Having spent 15 years on the TV working with young people, I decided to train in talking therapies to help others that are also feeling gripped with these horrible ‘inside’ feelings.

I genuinely want to help, I care because I’ve been there. Through this new site, you can contact me for further details on 121 sessions where we work together to find a way through what might be going on for you, getting rid of any negative feelings, deciding on some goals, and making a plan to get wherever it is you want to be.
